Each book is signed by co-author Chris Murphy.There will be a Special Instruction box at the Payment Details window where you can request to whom the book should be signed.
The cost per book is US$59.99, with floating exchange for other currencies based on this price.
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your order ships.
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped either ground or 2-day. Ground shipping cost for one book is $11.00, and is $3.00 extra for each additional book. 2-day shipping cost for one book is $26.00, and is $6.00 extra for each additional book. IMPORTANT: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so please be sure to specify a physical delivery address!
International orders please note you need to send an email so we can compute shipping to your country. Shipping through the links on the next page are domestic U.S. only. So if you are not in the United States, please don't go through the online PayPal. Send email, then we will let you know what shipping is. Once confirmed, you'll get a PayPal Invoice emailed to you.
